Precut 70mm Sausage Rolls 5kg

1. Preheat oven to 220C. Place rolls (seam side down) 25mm apart on a lightly floured or greased baking tray. Cut slits in pastry to allow steam to escape.
2. Glaze by brushing with egg or milk if desired. Place tray in centre of preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked (guide only – all ovens vary).
